At Fondvue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
